 Redesign of
palm.com.For the past 8 years, Palm has been the market leader in handheld computing. As the Director of
Internet Properties, I helped palm through several changes in their business. First I headed up the creation of a world
class web site as a business unit within 3Com. I lead a team to build the www.palm.net site to support the first wireless handheld, the Palm VII. Not long afterward, Palm separated from 3Com
to become a publicly traded entity. This required the site to be evolved to reflect the changes in the business. In 2000 my team created and launched the www.palmos.com website to serve developers, licensees and partners. Later in 2000, I took part in the due diligence as part of the acquisition of www.anyday.com and headed the effort to integrate it into Palm's internet properties. Most currently, the palm site has again been refocused, this time as a revenue generating channel with aggressive revenue goals.
